A little bit about me…

Back in 2004 when my husband Dave gave me a subscription to Dr. Russell Blaylock’s monthly newsletter, I had no idea that I would end up here-with my own health coaching business. All those years ago, as I read Dr Blaylock’s articles, it struck a chord in me. Maybe there was a way to live a healthier life rather than just waiting for illness or disease to overtake us. As I dug in and read other doctors and health practitioners, while they didn’t agree on every single thing, there was an underlying core of information and research that went against the main stream of popular thought. But it made sense, and the more I researched, the more excited I became about helping people find ways to improve their health. There are so many avenues in which to do this–through the foods we eat, and choose not to eat, the products we use on ourselves and in our homes, what we surround ourselves with each day, and much more. The main reason I do this is because I love educating people, advocating for them, and passing on information so they can be aware and make informed decisions for themselves and their families.
I received my Master Health Coach certification from Dr Sears Health Coaching in the spring of 2018. To me, this is the first step in a continuing pursuit of knowledge and helping others. I am an avid reader, researcher and am always striving to learn more about the challenges my clients face.
